Been there bajillions of times. It's cool if ya never been. Go early and eat breakfast. The ride there and back is the best part.

I'm currently moving from Great Britain to the US (somewhere between LA and San Fran) but i had heard a little about the Rock Store and thought i might pay a visit.
The Vin and the French bike are sat in crates at the movers ready for their trip accross the Atlantic...

The Bay Area (San Fran) has some great riding as well. Go north across the Golden Gate Bridge and you'll find some real beauts. I live in LA and ride daily. My usual group of riding buddies are on everything from new sportbikes (tho mostly resewreckted) to old/new Triumphs and other assorted classic bikes. Look me up when your down here and I'll treat you to some good riding.
